Brake Press Operator
Location: Three Rivers
Shift: 1st shift Mon-Thursday 6am-4pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards before they reach customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on machine operation and has an aptitude for quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Brake Press Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Inspecting products and materials: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
● Using measurement tools: Work with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify product accuracy.
● Documenting results: Record inspection findings, complete quality reports, and communicate issues to supervisors or production leads.
● Identifying defects: Detect nonconforming parts, tag or quarantine defective items, and assist with root‑cause information when needed.
● Ensure machines are running efficiently and parts are being formed correctly.
● Maintaining a clean and safe work area: Follow all safety procedures, handle materials properly, and support general housekeeping tasks.

● Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
● Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
● Willingness to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
