Location: Grand Rapids, MI Shift: 1st Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a
Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital
part of our seasonal operations, helping a premier chocolate and nut maker deliver holiday cheer by
accurately processing customer orders in a small call center environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, your core responsibilities will include:
?? Answer incoming calls: Assist businesses and individuals placing orders for holiday gifts.
?? Input orders into computer: Ensure 100% accuracy when entering customer information and
product selections.
?? Perform data entry: Process orders received via fax, mail, or email with precision.
In addition, you will also be expected to support general office tasks and provide friendly, professional
service to all clients.
