Cartage Worker
Location: Taylor, MI | Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM–4:40 PM, some Saturdays required | Pay: $17-$19
Job Summary
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Cartage Workers to assist with furniture handling. This is a physically demanding position that involves lifting, moving, loading, and unloading furniture and other items. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, and is comfortable performing heavy lifting throughout the workday.
What You’ll Be Doing
Load and unload furniture and other items
Lift, carry, and move heavy items safely
Handle furniture carefully to prevent damage
Maintain an organized and safe work area
Follow safety procedures and instructions
Assist with other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Comfortable performing physically demanding work
Previous furniture handling, moving, delivery, or warehouse experience is a plus
