Job Summary
Are you looking to get started in CNC manufacturing but don't have previous experience? We're seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Bristol, IN. This is a highly automated CNC operation where no programming or previous CNC experience is required. You'll work with similar materials used throughout the production process and operate equipment that automatically performs the required cuts.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
-Material Handling: Pull parts from the production line and position them for CNC processing.
-Machine Operation: Scan the QR code on each part using the CNC machine. The system automatically identifies the required process and performs the necessary cuts—no programming is required.
-Quality & Production: Monitor the automated cutting process and ensure parts are being processed correctly and efficiently.
-In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean workspace, follow safety procedures, monitor your surroundings, and communicate any issues with the appropriate team member.

Qualifications:
