Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Wixom, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping to produce quality products by operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
Operate CNC Equipment: Load and unload material onto the CNC machine while supporting efficient production and maintaining quality standards.
Measure and Inspect Materials: Accurately read measurements and specifications to ensure products meet customer and company requirements.
Handle Production Materials: Safely lift, move, and position sheets of material throughout the workday to keep production running smoothly.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist in other production areas as needed and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Skills:
Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining quality standards and ensuring accurate production results.
Measurement and Basic Math Skills: Important for reading measurements, following specifications, and producing accurate work.
Mechanical Aptitude: Helpful for understanding equipment operation, troubleshooting minor issues, and learning CNC processes.
CNC experience is a plus but is not required. We are willing to train candidates who have a strong production background, good mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
