Preferred Qualifications:
? Production spray operations, involving powder painting of manufactured products requiring standard finishes
? The ability to read and understand Engineering prints, equipment schematics and drawings.
? Ability to effectively communicate in a team environment.
? Detail oriented and organized.
? Perform all duties for position with 100% accuracy and efficiency
? Properly wear all personal protective equipment provided and adhere to all safety and health guidelines enforced by the company.

Job SummaryAre you an experienced and detail-oriented Powder Coater looking for a long-term opportunity? We’re seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join a team-centered production environment in Kentwood, MI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing production spray operations on manufactured products requiring standard finishes, while contributing to a safe, organized, and high-quality workspace.
What You’ll Be DoingAs an Experienced Powder Coater, your core responsibilities will include:
? Performing production spray operations using powder coating systems to apply standard finishes to manufactured products.
? Reading and understanding engineering prints, schematics, and equipment drawings to ensure accurate coating application.
? Maintaining cleanliness of powder coating equipment and properly wearing all required PPE.
? Supporting additional production tasks such as racking, packing, and cleaning as needed.
? Adhering to all safety and health guidelines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
In addition, you will be expected to work independently, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment focused on quality and safety.
