Location Grand Rapids, MI
Pay $17.00 per hour
Shift 1st Shift – 6:30am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday (overtime as needed)
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will assist with order selection, loading, material handling, and general warehouse duties. Responsibilities
Select customer orders from shelves, place items onto pallets, and load onto trailers
Safely retrieve and stack product using appropriate equipment
Operate an on-board computer and wireless RF system
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist warehouse team members with tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager or supervisor
Support general warehousing tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping
Key Qualifications
Ability to lift heavy objects (occasionally 60–75 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation
Willingness to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice
Dependable team player with strong work ethic
High attention to detail and accuracy

This role requires safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. What You'll Be DoingAs a Die Cast Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:Select customer orders, build pallets, and prepare shipments for delivery.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, move, and stack products throughout the warehouse.
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse computer systems to track inventory and orders.
Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow established warehouse procedures.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Work with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
In addition, you will be expected to follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a productive work environment. What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications:Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
