Workbox Staffing is hiring General Laborers in Fort Wayne.
This company manufactures Corrugated Boxes, Cushioning, Pallets, Poly Bags, Sheeting, Cartons, and more. In this position, you will be responsible for running the production machines smoothly and safely. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the finished product once it’s completed. Meeting/exceeding pace is expected on a daily basis. Those that have a keen eye for detail will do very well in this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the General Labor position:
● Being flexible with tasks - tasks can include moving pallets, breaking down and building boxes, and assisting Machine Operators
● Provide quality checks on products
● Run a machine according to company standards
● Meeting quotas that are required on any given day
● Follow tasks, ensuring that the work station stays clean, orderly, etc.
Qualifications for the General Laborer position:
● Prior production experience
● Able to stand for an 8 hour shift
● Willing and able to be at work as scheduled
● Great work ethic
