General Laborer – Floater Location: Fort Wayne, IN Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday Pay: $15.00–$20.00+ per hour, based on experience Job Summary Are you a versatile, hands-on worker looking for an opportunity to put your manufacturing skills to work? We're seeking a General Laborer – Floater to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll support various areas of the manufacturing operation by assisting with machine operation, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and other production tasks as needed. What You'll Be Doing As a General Laborer – Floater, your core responsibilities will include:-Machine Operation: Operate various machines and equipment to support daily manufacturing operations and assist wherever production needs require.-Fabrication & Assembly: Assist with the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of products according to work instructions and quality standards.-Material Handling: Help move and handle materials as needed while supporting efficient workflow throughout the facility.-In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, collaborate with team members, and help ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
