Location: Holland, MI Shift: 5:45 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday (OT before shift as required. Hours may vary based on business needs.) Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a dependable and hard-working individual looking for a manufacturing opportunity? We're seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll support production by loading and unloading cardboard products from conveyor lines and machinery while helping maintain quality and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
? Loading & Unloading Products: Repetitively load and unload cardboard products from conveyor lines and production machines.
? Material Handling: Stack, sort, and move finished products while keeping materials organized and production flowing efficiently.
? Quality Inspection: Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met before packaging or shipment.
In addition, you will also be expected to keep your work area clean, follow safety procedures, and assist with other production duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred
? Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
? Ability to lift 35-40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
? Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Skills:
? Physical Stamina: Ability to perform repetitive lifting, twisting, turning, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
? Attention to Detail: Ability to identify product defects and maintain quality standards.
? Dependability: Strong attendance and reliability in a fast-paced production environment.
