General Labor, up to $26/hr – Madison Heights, MI
Are you looking to join a company that specializes in
display and commercial millwork
? This is your chance! We are seeking motivated Laborers to support a project involving
digital print (up to 10’ wide), CNC cut letters and shapes, and plastic and metal fabrication
for building, branding, and events.
Shift & Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 10-hour shifts
- Overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in light carpentry, woodworking, fabrication, or related fields preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, sanders, rollers, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions for assembly and setup
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Perform light carpentry tasks such as drilling through wood and aluminum
- Sand and prep wood components for finishing
- Perform minimal painting using rollers when needed
- Move and organize parts around the shop and project site
- Assemble pre-cut wood parts into boxes and other structures
- Assist with setting up structures and event displays
- Sort and prepare materials for fabrication or installation
- Follow supervisor instructions to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
