General Labor/Assembly, $16/hour - Grand Haven, MI

As an Assembler, not only will you be building transformer
components—known as "legs"—using a small air ratchet, but you’ll also be
expected to take accurate measurements, follow assembly instructions,
and be open to cross-training in other departments as needed. This job,
depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term gig or the beginning of
a long-term career.

Job Summary
Are you a motivated, hands-on individual looking for an opportunity to grow in a manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a General Labor / Assembly team member to join our team in Grand Haven, MI. In this role, you’ll assist with assembling components, taking accurate measurements, and supporting production operations while learning different areas of the facility.
What You'll Be DoingAs a General Labor / Assembly team member, your core responsibilities will include:
Assemble components using hand and power tools
Use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures to ensure accurate work
Follow assembly instructions and production specifications
Maintain strong attention to detail and quality throughout the assembly process
Cross-train and assist in different departments as production needs change
In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area and work effectively as part of a team.
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
