In this role, you'll be a vital part of operations, helping build transformer components while supporting production and quality standards.
What
You'll Be Doing
- Assemble components using hand and power tools, including small air ratchets
- Take accurate measurements using a ruler or tape measure
- Follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure product quality
- Cross-train in other departments and assist where needed to support production goals
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read a ruler or tape measure accurately
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and work in multiple departments
