Working as an assembler in the censor area, gauge area, or electrical assembly to assemble speedometers, gages, fuel pumps, and electrical components to circuit boards. Will be doing assembly work in general production or will be working in the wire harness department.

A growing Norton Shores manufacturer specializing in the design and building of various gauges and electronic components is seeking General Production Workers on 1st shift.
Preferred QualificationsAbility to safely lift up to 25 pounds is required
Ability to work overtime as needed
GED/High school diploma is required
Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills are required
Understand and execute company standards for quality
Adhere to policies and procedures detailed during orientation
Preferred SkillsAbility to work in a steady, medium to fast-paced environment
Demonstrate basic ability with solder operations
Must be able to perform thorough inspection of circuit boards and wire harnesses
Demonstrate enhanced inspection knowledge of part placements, solder inspection (reflow and through hole), printed circuit board/component damage, and final assembly inspection
General Production workers will perform basic assembly functions with circuit boards and wire harnesses, complete hand soldering of components, touch-ups on through-hole and surface mount boards, and perform rework and repair.
