Location: Spring Lake, MI
Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality parts? We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grinder to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you’ll support production by finishing and refining parts to meet exact specifications.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Grinder, your core responsibilities will include:
- Grinding and finishing parts to meet required specifications
- Inspecting parts for quality using basic measuring tools
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with general production tasks and follow all safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous grinding experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
