Location: Muskegon, MI Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment? We're
seeking a Grinder to join our team in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for grinding, finishing,
and preparing manufactured parts to meet quality and production standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Grinder, your core responsibilities will include:
• Operate hand grinders and other basic finishing tools to remove excess material, burrs, and rough edges
from parts
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and appearance standards
• Follow work instructions and production specifications to complete assigned tasks safely and accurately
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other
production duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• Previous grinding, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality parts? We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grinder to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you’ll support production by finishing and refining parts to meet exact specifications.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Grinder, your core responsibilities will include:
Grinding and finishing parts to meet required specifications
Inspecting parts for quality using basic measuring tools
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with general production tasks and follow all safety procedures.
What We're Looking ForQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous grinding experience is preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
