Location: Holland, MI Shift: 1st Shift, 5:45 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday Pay: $18.00 per hour Overtime: Before shift as required. Hours may vary based on business needs.
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and dependable individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Hilo Driver to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of warehouse and production operations, helping ensure materials are delivered safely and efficiently throughout the Honeycomb Department.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Hilo Driver, your core responsibilities will include:
? Operate a Hilo/Forklift: Safely move materials and finished products throughout the facility to support production and shipping needs.
? Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials while maintaining an organized workflow and inventory accuracy.
? Support Production Operations: Keep production areas stocked with materials and assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
In addition, you will also be expected to help maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? Previous forklift or hilo experience. ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ? Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly throughout the shift. ? Ability to work overtime as needed.
Skills:
? Attention to Detail: Ensures materials are moved accurately and safely.
? Safety Awareness: Follows equipment and workplace safety procedures at all times.
? Teamwork: Works effectively with production and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Work Environment
? Dusty manufacturing environment. ? Facility can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. ? Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift.
