Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Monday–Friday | Must be flexible to stay late as needed
Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with previous inventory and warehouse experience? We're seeking a dependable Inventory/Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing and staging products, operating forklifts, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations.
The ideal candidate has previous inventory management and forklift experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to navigate ERP systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a warehouse environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Inventory/Warehouse Clerk, your core responsibilities will include:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform inventory counts, and ensure products are properly organized and stored.
ERP System & Data Entry: Navigate and utilize the company's ERP system to track inventory, update records, and complete warehouse transactions.
Scanning Equipment: Use handheld scan guns to track products and maintain accurate inventory information.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to transport, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
Product Staging: Organize and stage materials to support daily warehouse and production operations.
Shipping & Receiving Support: Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Production Support: Assist production teams with material handling and warehouse-related tasks as needed.
Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Previous inventory management experience required.
Previous forklift driving experience required.
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate ERP systems.
Comfortable learning and utilizing handheld scan gun functions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to organize, stage, and count warehouse inventory accurately.
Ability to assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Must be flexible to stay late as needed.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
Inventory Management: Strong ability to perform accurate inventory counts, organize stock, and maintain inventory accuracy.
ERP System Navigation: Comfortable using computerized inventory management systems to track products and complete warehouse transactions.
Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse software and handheld scanning equipment.
Forklift Operation: Experience safely operating forklifts to transport and stage warehouse materials.
Material Handling: Ability to efficiently move, stage, and organize products to support warehouse and production needs.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy when counting inventory, tracking materials, and completing warehouse transactions.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize daily warehouse tasks while maintaining an organized and efficient work area.
Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work effectively with warehouse and production team members.
Dependability & Flexibility: Reliable work ethic and willingness to stay late as needed to support daily warehouse operations.
