Location: Holland, MI Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday), OT before shift as required. Hours are subject to change based on business needs. Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Kits Assembler to join a growing team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll help prepare and assemble parts, hardware, and materials needed to support daily production and shipping operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Kits Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
? Part Preparation: Gather and organize parts and materials needed for production orders. ? Assembly: Assemble kits using hand tools and work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality. ? Quality Checks: Count, inspect, and verify components before packaging and staging for use or shipment.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ? Previous assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is helpful but not required. ? Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Skills:
? Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately count, inspect, and assemble components. ? Reliability: Dependable attendance and ability to work independently. ? Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools and following work instructions.
