A locally based manufacturer specializing in custom fabrication, laser cutting, welding, and tool design is seeking a Laser Operator to join their growing team on 1st Shift. Hours are 5:00am–3:00pm (Monday–Thursday) with overtime as required. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a clean, comfortable facility where you’ll be part of a team focused on precision, quality, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing As a Laser Operator, your responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and part quality. Reading and interpreting blueprints, micrometers, and calipers to verify accuracy. Troubleshooting machinery to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Loading and operating Press Brake machines and removing finished parts into bins or boxes. Maintaining production flow by working in a fast-paced environment and meeting established quotas. Following safety and operational standards to ensure a secure work environment.
