Job Summary
Are you detail-oriented and comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work? We’re seeking a Priming Associate to join an automotive operation in Romulus, MI. In this role, you’ll clean parts, apply glue, and prepare Ford Bronco components for liner installation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Priming Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Part Preparation: Clean automotive components before the priming process.
- Glue Application: Apply adhesive accurately and consistently.
- Production Support: Prepare parts for liner installation while following the required process.
In addition, you will inspect parts for quality concerns, maintain an organized workstation, and follow all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or hands-on work experience preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and availability for the full schedule and possible shift extensions.
Skills:
- Hand Dexterity: Ability to clean, handle, and apply adhesive to parts accurately.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow each step and identify quality concerns.
- Patience and Consistency: Ability to repeat the same process while maintaining quality and pace.
