1st Shift- Line Coordinator- $16/hr - Bryon Center

Preferred Qualifications:
Effectively run production line without mechanical issues and ensure product quality is up to company standards
Oversee production line staff and ensure that they are trained and able to perform tasks safely and efficiently
Accurately communicate with supervisors and other team members
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English or Spanish
Preferred Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience
Basic math skills and ability to problem-solve
Ability to stand, walk, push/pull, kneel, carry, and crawl
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs consistently
Forklift experience preferred but not required
Ability to work weekends and overtime if necessary
In this role, Candidates will lead and operate a production line that utilizes a pellet mill. Candidates will be monitoring manufactured products and ensuring that the line runs according to the company’s safety, quality, and efficiency standards. If you have good communication skills and work well in a team environment, this position will be great for you.
