Location: Holland, MI Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Overtime before shift as required. Hours are subject to change based on business needs. Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you mechanically inclined and looking to grow your manufacturing skills? We're seeking a Machine Operator Assistant to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll support cardboard box machine operators by assisting with machine setups, measurements, material changes, and quality inspections to help keep production running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
? Machine Setups: Assist operators with machine changeovers, product setups, and equipment adjustments.
? Measurements & Quality Checks: Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify product specifications and inspect products for quality.
? Production Support: Load materials, remove finished products, and help keep machines running efficiently.
In addition, you will assist with minor machine adjustments, follow work instructions, maintain a clean work area, and support daily production goals.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? Previous manufacturing experience. ? Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setups. ? Ability to read a tape measure accurately. ? Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift. ? Ability to work overtime as needed.
Skills:
? Attention to Detail: Ability to take accurate measurements and identify quality issues.
? Mechanical Ability: Comfortable learning machine setups and basic adjustments.
? Teamwork: Ability to work closely with operators and production staff to meet daily production goals.
