Location: Zeeland, MI Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:15pm Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and dependable individual looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? We're seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Zeeland, MI. In this role, you'll play an important part in the production process by operating equipment, inspecting parts, and helping ensure high-quality metal components are produced efficiently and safely.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
? Operating Production Equipment: Load and unload metal parts while monitoring machines to ensure efficient production.
? Performing Quality Inspections: Inspect finished parts and use measuring tools to verify quality and accuracy.
? Maintaining Production Flow: Keep materials moving through the production process and meet daily production goals.
In addition, you will also be expected to perform basic machine adjustments, follow work instructions, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
? Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
? Ability to lift up to 35-100 lbs. regularly.
? Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
? Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Skills:
? Attention to Detail: Ability to identify quality issues and ensure parts meet specifications.
? Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment.
? Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
