Metal Fabricator – $40/hr – Ypsilanti, MI (Contract Work)
We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator
for contract work in Ypsilanti, MI. This role offers $40/hr
and requires strong fabrication and welding skills with the ability to work independently.
Job Duties:
- Perform metal fabrication work according to blueprints and specifications
- Weld using hardwire / MIG processes
- Set up welding equipment and adjust weld parameters as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all welds and finished parts
Requirements:
- Proven metal fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong welding skills (Hardwire)
- Knowledge of weld setup and parameter adjustment
- Ability to work alone and complete tasks with minimal direction
