Pay: $15.00 per hour

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an O-Ring Assembly Associate to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping a growing family-owned company assemble custom orders and prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

As an O-Ring Assembly Associate, your core responsibilities will include:

● Part Assembly: Assemble parts based on custom orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

● Order Preparation: Determine order needs and pull the appropriate parts required for assembly.

● Shipping Preparation: Prepare completed orders for shipping by creating and affixing shipping labels.

In addition, you will also multitask between multiple orders, maintain a steady production pace, and assist with other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

● Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for work and breaks
● Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
● Some positions require the ability to lift and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs

● Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
● Productivity: Ability to keep pace with production requirements and work steadily.
● Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
