Paint Load / Unload Location: Cedar Springs, MI Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $16 per hour
Job Summary: Join a hardworking and supportive team in Cedar Springs, MI! What You’ll Be Doing:
Paint line support: Rack and un-rack parts throughout the powder coating process.
Material handling: Send, sort, and pull tubes as needed. Quality control: Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Team flexibility: Move between departments when needed to support production.
What We’re Looking For: Qualifications:
Ability to lift 50–75 pounds on a repetitive basis
High School Diploma or GED required
Able to read and write in English Comfortable working around fumes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
Teamwork: Work collaboratively to meet production goals.
Communication: Maintain clear and respectful communication with team members.
Organization: Stay efficient and detail-oriented while handling multiple tasks.
