1st Shift - Powder Coat Unloader
Location: Holland, MI Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Powder Coat Unloader to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure finished products meet quality standards and are properly prepared for shipment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Powder Coat Unloader, your core responsibilities will include:
? Unload Finished Products: Remove finished parts from the powder coat line and keep production flowing efficiently.
? Quality Inspection & Packaging: Inspect coated parts for defects, damage, or quality concerns, then bundle, wrap, palletize, and stage products for shipment to ensure safe delivery to customers.
In addition, you will also be expected to follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, complete quality documentation, and support team and company goals.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: ? Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred. ? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Skills:
? Attention to Detail: Ability to identify quality issues before products are shipped to customers.
Teamwork, Reliability & Work Ethic: Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors while working safely, efficiently, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
? Work Environment: Hot and loud manufacturing environment with significant welding activity throughout the production areas. ? Requires standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials throughout the shift. ? Possible overtime on Saturdays when needed.
