Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater/Packager to prepare, coat, and package metal and other materials to high-quality standards. Ideal candidates have experience in powder coating, surface preparation, and packaging to ensure durable, professional finishes
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Apply powder coatings using spray guns and ensure proper curing.
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects.
Package coated products securely for shipment or storage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Operate and perform basic maintenance on coating equipment.
Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Key Qualifications
6+ months Powder coating/ Paint line experience
Knowledge of air less spray and paint systems and troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to operate coating equipment and follow safety procedures.
Physical stamina to lift up to 55lbs (20 lbs consistently)
Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Willingness to follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
Strict adherence to schedules and attendance
Preferred Skills
- Quality control certification
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
