NOW HIRING 1st Shift Press Operator Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Press Operator: The Press Operator is responsible for operating, and monitoring stamping press machines to produce aluminum parts that meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, independent production setting. Key Responsibilities: Operate stamping press equipment according to specifications Maintain a productive work flow to ensure delivery deadlines are met Follow instructions from team leader Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers) Maintain accurate production and quality records by completing paperwork accurately Follow all safety protocols Keep work area clean and organized Collaborate with team members and report any issues to supervisors Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math and reading skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with various measuring devices (Calipers, tape measures, etc.) Ability to work third shift Wage Ranges: Minimum: $15.74/hr. This is a fast-paced position requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently. What You'll Be Doing Operate stamping press machines according to specifications. Maintain production flow and meet delivery deadlines. Inspect finished parts using calipers and other measuring tools. Complete production and quality paperwork accurately. Follow team leader instructions and all safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate with team members and report any equipment or quality issues.
