Location: Wixom, MI Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift / 3rd Shift Pay: $16.00 per hour (1st & 2nd Shift) | $18.00 per hour (3rd Shift)
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Wixom, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure large-format print products are inspected, packaged, and prepared accurately for shipment while maintaining quality standards and production deadlines.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
Quality Inspection: Review finished print products for defects, color consistency, alignment, and overall quality before shipment.
Packaging & Order Verification: Count, verify, package, and seal products to ensure customers receive the correct items and quantities.
Production Support: Prepare boxes, tubes, and packaging materials while assisting with production flow and shipping readiness.
In addition, you will also be expected to cross-train across multiple workstations, maintain a safe and organized work area, and assist with meeting daily production and shipping deadlines.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Ability to use small hand tools and accurately read a tape measure.
Reliable attendance and availability for overtime as needed.
Skills:
Attention to Detail: Critical for identifying product defects and ensuring order accuracy.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production and shipping deadlines.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with teammates and leadership.
Basic Math Skills: Important for counting, measuring, and verifying order quantities.
Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to learn multiple stations and support changing production needs.
