Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.25/hour
Job Summary
Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking for an opportunity in manufacturing? We're seeking motivated Production Associates to join a well-established manufacturing team in St. Joseph, MI. In this role, you'll assist with various production operations, including material processing, machine operation, quality inspections, and general manufacturing tasks.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a willingness to learn new skills. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required, and on-the-job training is provided.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities may include:
Material Processing: Assist with processing and handling materials throughout production.
Machine Operation: Operate production machinery and equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
Saw Operation: Assist with operating saw equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Quality Inspection: Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Painting: Assist with painting operations as assigned.
Preventative Maintenance: Help with preventative maintenance tasks to support equipment performance.
Forklift & Overhead Crane Operation: Operate material-handling equipment as assigned, with training and certification provided.
Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the position and previous experience.

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience helpful but not required.
Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
Good attendance and dependability.

Willingness to learn and perform various manufacturing tasks.
Skills
Manufacturing & Production: Ability to assist with material processing, machine operation, and general production responsibilities.
Quality Control: Ability to perform quality checks and maintain attention to detail.
Equipment Operation: Willingness to learn how to operate production equipment, saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas of production.
