Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is hiring General Laborers
in Taylor, MI for a day shift opportunity with a growing company that values reliability and strong work ethic. This is a temporary-to-hire role offering steady work in a relaxed warehouse environment and the chance to grow long term.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Production Support: Keeping up with production demands to ensure workflow stays on track.
- Box Assembly: Folding corrugated cardboard boxes according to required specifications.
- General Warehouse Duties: Assisting on the production floor and completing various labor tasks as needed.
In addition, you will help maintain a clean and organized work area and support the team wherever needed throughout the shift.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stay focused and work consistently throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Strong grip strength for repetitive folding of cardboard
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
