The Production Associate will be required to be multi-skilled and multi-functional in a variety of manufacturing tasks. It will be expected that the Production Associate will be cross-trained and become competent in the tasks of their assigned department.
Hood Finishing: Mostly standing work with occasional movement throughout the facility to transfer or deliver parts. Constant use of hands to handle finishing equipment, manipulate, lift, push and grip tools and materials. Frequently lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 15lbs. Involves rarely bending, squatting, and stooping. Exposure to dust is common. This company will hire you in!

Responsibilities:
Follows work instructions of their assigned departments
Maintain the team environment through open communication
Must be able to work at a fast pace
Perform manual and electronic data entry accurately
Perform housekeeping duties as assigned
Be aware of and follow all safety rules and procedures
Ability to understand company policies and processes
May work closely with engineering in troubleshooting processes
May be required to perform some preventative maintenance job duties
Skills:
High School diploma or GED preferred
Manual dexterity required
High level of visual acuity needed to inspect parts
Some departments/roles may require full-color vision and depth perception
Good time management skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Excellent attention to detail
Adaptable, dependable, persistent, and self-motivated
Receptive to ongoing instruction and assessment of work
Ability to work as a team with individuals from other cultures
