Job Title 1st Shift – Racker / Packer
Location Grand Rapids, MI
Pay $17.00 per hour
Shift 1st Shift – Monday–Thursday, 6:30am or 7:00am start time until 2:30pm or 3:00pm
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Racker/Packer to support daily coating and finishing operations. In this role, you will load and unload parts from racks, inspect finished products, package completed parts, and assist with masking components for the coating process. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, attention to detail, and working in a production environment.
Responsibilities
Load and unload racks with parts for the coating process
Mask and prepare components for finishing operations
Perform basic quality inspections on finished parts
Package and organize parts for shipment
Accurately record parts being packaged
Work effectively as part of a small team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support additional production tasks as assigned
Key Qualifications
Good hand dexterity and finger strength
Ability to work at a moderate to fast pace
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
