Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Racker/Packer to support daily coating and finishing operations. In this role, you will load and unload parts from racks, inspect finished products, package completed parts, and assist with masking components for the coating process. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, attention to detail, and working in a production environment.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload racks with parts for the coating process
- Mask and prepare components for finishing operations
- Perform basic quality inspections on finished parts
- Package and organize parts for shipment
- Accurately record parts being packaged
- Work effectively as part of a small team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support additional production tasks as assigned
Key Qualifications
- Good hand dexterity and finger strength
- Ability to work at a moderate to fast pace
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
