Location: Holland, MI Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays) Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Sheet Metal Team Member to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us produce high-quality fabricated metal components while supporting a safe, efficient, and team-oriented manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Sheet Metal Team Member, your core responsibilities will include:
? Operate Sheet Metal Equipment: Safely operate press brakes, shears, punches, and other fabrication equipment to produce quality metal components.
? Read and Interpret Blueprints: Follow drawings and specifications to ensure products are manufactured accurately and efficiently.
? Inspect Finished Products: Verify completed parts meet quality standards before shipment to customers.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with packaging finished products, maintain a clean and safe work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or sheet metal experience preferred
? Ability to lift, carry, and move 50-75 pounds and work overtime, including occasional Saturdays
Skills
? Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately
? Mechanical Aptitude: Experience using hand tools, machines, and fabrication equipment
? Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing quality products while following safety standards

In this role, you'll help produce high-quality fabricated metal components by operating sheet metal equipment, following blueprints and specifications, and inspecting finished products for quality.
