Location: Hastings, MI Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm Pay: $16.80 per hour

In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to assist with loading, organizing, and preparing products for shipping and warehousing while maintaining quality and accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Shipping Helper, your core responsibilities will include:

Order Preparation: Locate and retrieve products based on customer orders.
Staging & Organization: Stage and organize products in the designated staging area.
Shipping Support: Build pallets and load products onto trucks for shipment.
In addition, you will also be expected to complete paperwork, maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow safety and security procedures, and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, and count)
- Ability to use power tools such as nail guns, saws, and banders
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Regular attendance
