Working various positions as a production laborer for a company that develops and manufactures high performance adhesives, sealants and coatings. Tasks include running a hi-lo, general production work, and other duties as required.
Key Outcomes:
1. Keep up with the production pace throughout the shift.
2. Follow all directions from supervisors and leads
3. Wear all personal protective equipment required and work in a safety conscious manner.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Ability to work in a steady, medium to fast paced environment.
2. Ability to work very repetitive tasks.
3. Ability to work in a very physical position with lifting of 30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs throughout the shift.
4. Must feel comfortable working with chemicals.
5. Ability to work over time (after shift) and on the weekends. Overtime is a requirement.
Skills and Experience:
1. Prior work experience in warehouse is preferred
2. Prior work experience using a hi-lo or fork lift is required
3. Prior work experience in manufacturing is required
Dress Code: jeans, t-shirt/sweatshirt, steel toed work boots, and safety glasses. Clothes will get dirty so wear older clothes.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring products are accurately received, packaged, and shipped—helping keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Package products securely and efficiently for outgoing orders
Label, sort, and organize inventory in designated areas
Prepare shipments and verify orders before dispatch
Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or packaging experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and counting skills
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Good organizational and time management skills
