Stand-Up Forklift Driver
Location: Grand Rapids, MI Shift: 1st Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and safety-conscious individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a
Stand-Up Forklift Driver to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our
warehouse operations, helping us to move materials efficiently and safely throughout the facility.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Stand-Up Forklift Driver, your core responsibilities will include:
?? Operate a stand-up Hi-Lo forklift: Move raw materials, finished products, and pallets throughout
the facility.
?? Load and unload trucks: Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
?? Supply production lines: Deliver materials as needed to maintain workflow.
?? In addition, you will also be expected to maintain accurate inventory records, inspect equipment
daily, and assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, palletizing, and cleanup.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
?? 1+ year of experience operating a stand-up Hi-Lo forklift required
?? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
?? High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Skills:
?? Attention to detail: Ensure accurate inventory tracking and safe material handling
?? Teamwork and communication: Collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
?? Basic computer and math skills: Support data entry and inventory documentation
