Location: Holland, MI Shift: 1st Shift hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Overtime on Fridays as needed. Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? We're seeking a SIPs Shaper to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll help produce and finish Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) by using hand tools, reading tape measurements, and ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a SIPs Shaper, your core responsibilities will include:
? Shape and Finish Panels: Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish insulated panels according to specifications.
? Read Measurements and Blueprints: Accurately read a tape measure and follow blueprints to ensure products are built correctly.
? Inspect Product Quality: Check finished panels for quality and accuracy before they are prepared for shipment.
In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area and assist with moving materials throughout the production process.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Previous construction, carpentry, woodworking, or manufacturing experience.
? Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
Skills:
? Tape Measure Reading: Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
? Hand Tool Experience: Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
? Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and following blueprint specifications.

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and takes pride in producing quality work? We're seeking a SIPs Shaper/Production Laborer to join our production team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll help manufacture and finish Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) used in construction projects.
The ideal candidate has previous construction, carpentry, woodworking, or manufacturing experience and is comfortable using hand and power tools, reading measurements, and performing hands-on production work.
