Working various positions in manufacturing at a cordage company in Spring Lake, working with
the textile braiding machines.
Key Outcomes:
1. Keep up with the production pace through out the shift
2. Follow all directions from supervisors and leads
3. Wear all personal protective equipment required and work in a safety conscious manner
Essential Job Functions:
1. Lifting of 45-60 lbs on a regular basis
2. Ability to work in a steady, medium, to fast pace environment
3. Ability to work a very repetitive task
4. Ability to work in a very physical position
5. Available to work over time (after shift) and on the weekends. Over time is a requirement
Skills and Experience:
1. Prior work experience with machine operating
2. Candidate that is bi-lingual is a plus
Dress Code: jeans, sweatshirt or t-shirt, work boots or tennis shoes, safety glasses, and ear
plugs. Ear plugs required around machinery.

Workbox Staffing is hiring Textile Production Associates for a cordage manufacturing company in Spring Lake! In this role, you will work with textile braiding machines and assist in various manufacturing positions throughout the facility. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for long-term employment.
What You’ll Be DoingOperate and monitor textile braiding machines
Maintain production pace throughout the shift
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards
Lift and move materials weighing 45–60 pounds on a regular basis
Work safely and wear all required personal protective equipment
Assist in various manufacturing and production processes as needed
Support production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)Previous machine operating experience preferred
Ability to lift 45–60 pounds regularly throughout the shift
Ability to work in a steady, medium- to fast-paced manufacturing environment
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to work in a physically demanding position
Willingness to work required overtime after scheduled shifts and on weekends
