Warehouse Associate
Location: Taylor, MI | Shift: 1st Shift | Pay: $18/hr
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to assist with daily warehouse operations, including unloading deliveries, moving products, building and wrapping pallets, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive position that includes forklift operation as needed, but forklift driving is not the primary responsibility every day. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical warehouse work and helping wherever needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Load and unload trucks and deliveries
Sort incoming products and organize items onto pallets
Operate a forklift as needed to move products throughout the warehouse
Build, stack, and wrap pallets for storage or shipment
Move materials and products to designated warehouse areas
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with general warehouse upkeep and other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Comfortable with physical, labor-intensive work
Ability to safely load, unload, move, and organize products
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
Able to work in a busy warehouse environment
