1st Shift - Welder

1st shift-TIG Welder, up to $25/hr Mishawaka, IN

Kickstart your welding career with a leading manufacturer. We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality aerospace and industrial components.

Qualifications:
 • High school diploma or GED required
 • TIG welding certification or technical training preferred
 • Minimum 1–2 years of TIG welding experience
 • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
 • Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
 • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

Skills:
 • Proficiency in TIG welding various metals, including stainless steel, Inconel, cobalt, and aluminum alloys
 • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
 • Ability to inspect welds visually and with precision tools
 • Familiarity with pulse welding and heat control techniques
 • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
 • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 • Effective communicator and team player
 • Able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
 

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Tig welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship. You’ll work alongside skilled professionals, fabricating high-quality components in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime.
