A local manufacturer specializing in custom fabrication, laser cutting, welding, and tool
design is seeking a Welder to join their growing 2nd Shift team. This role is ideal for
someone with welding experience who wants to work in a clean, team-oriented facility
while producing high-quality metal products.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Welder, your responsibilities will include:
? Operating welding equipment to assemble and join metal components.
? Applying MIG and TIG welding techniques to meet production speci?cations.
? Measuring and inspecting welded parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
? Meeting production quotas in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
? Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety procedures.
? Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and quality output.
What We’re Looking For
Quali?cations:
? GED or High School Diploma required
? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
? Strong attention to detail
? Previous experience operating welding equipment
Skills:
? MIG and TIG welding pro?ciency
? Ability to work e iciently in a fast-paced production environment
? Reliable and team-oriented with strong communication skills
? Commitment to safety and quality standards
