Workbox Staffing is hiring Shipping & Receiving Operators for a packaging product manufacturer in Wixom, MI.
Job responsibilities include:
- Organizing and staging product to shipping/receiving areas
- Setting up all inbound and outbound freight/ground shipments
- Loading and unloading of freight trucks using hi-lo
- Inspecting all incoming inventory for damages/defects and counts
- Material location management and storage maintenance
- Packaging outgoing orders using appropriate materials
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills:
- MUST HAVE SHIPPING & RECEIVING EXPERIENCE
- Computer skills required with Microsoft Word, Excel and touch screen tablets
- Lift approx. 75+ lbs. on a regular basis
- Must have recent Hi-Lo experience. Must be comfortable moving around large/heavy stacks of material
