Workbox Staffing is hiring Assemblers in Saline MI.
For this position, the person would be responsible for assembling finished goods and/or sub-assemblies repetitively, working at a bench or on the shop floor by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Regular, reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance.
· Physical presence working with on-site necessary equipment for the assembly of product.
· Assembles product according to work instructions.
· Fastens assemblies together with bolts, screws or other fasteners.
· Assemble boxes, cases and/or other materials as needed for finished product.
· Operates electric or air powered torque wrench and screw gun to assist in assembly operation.
· Must be able to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with others.
· Must have the ability to demonstrate ‘attention to detail’ in an effort to produce first-class quality assembling process and quality of product.
· Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
· Monitor and maintain inventory parts, components at work station.
· Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.
· Inform supervisor of any part or equipment defects to ensure a prompt response to the issue.
· Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Overtime may be assigned.
· Required to work during inventory by physically counting or weighing the materials/parts and recording results.
· Additional duties may be assigned
Physical Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit, walk, use hands to finger or feel, bend, reach, lift, and talk and/or hear. May be required to stoop, kneel or crouch. Have a good sense of balance and good eye-hand coordination. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted. Steel toed shoes are required. Other safety equipment may be required depending upon the area where working, such as hearing protection and eye protection.
Work Environment:
· Non-smoking, clean manufacturing facility with cross functional empowered teams. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
