2nd Shift- BargerGard, $17.40/hr- Elkhart, IN

Do you have excellent mechanical skills and are looking for a company to grow with? This company wants to hire you full time!

Responsibilities:

• Operate thermoform machines, inspect parts and pack parts, train    packaging technicians

• Maintain a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement

• Check the quality of the BargerGard material

• Work in close quarters with your team in the Barger dept.

• Perform as needed maintenance and cleaning..

• Must be mechanically inclined and demonstrated history

Preferred Qualification:

• High School diploma

• Attention to detail

• Ability to pass vision test including: Visual acuity-corrected vision of at least 20/40:peripheral and depth perception

• Basic Math, Computer and Mechanical Skills

• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing

• Proven ability to work independently

• Other Physical Requirements: bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting,standing for long periods of time and visual acuity test

• Reading, Writing, Calculating
