Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00pm-10:30pm
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour + $2.00/hour 2nd Shift Premium (based on experience)

Job Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for the final stage of the printing process, converting large rolls of printed labels into customer-specific quantities while ensuring every finished product meets our high quality standards. What You'll Be Doing
As a Bindery Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
-Operating Bindery Equipment: Set up and operate bindery and finishing equipment to convert printed label rolls into finished customer orders according to job specifications.
-Quality Inspection & Packaging: Carefully inspect finished labels for defects, package completed products, wrap finished rolls, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining strict quality standards.
-Production Support: Read and follow job tickets, safely move materials using manual pallet jacks, maintain an organized work area, and assist with training new team members as needed.
-In addition, you will also be expected to follow all safety procedures, maintain accurate production standards, work collaboratively with your team, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- No previous bindery or printing experience required—we're willing to train motivated candidates
- Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally, lift lighter materials repeatedly, and move skids using a manual pallet jack
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment
Skills:
-Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable learning bindery equipment and production processes.
-Quality Focus: Ability to identify defects and ensure finished products meet customer specifications.
-Organization & Reliability: Strong time management, dependable attendance, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
