2nd Shift - Box Builder

Location: Bristol, IN
 Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
 Pay: $21.00 per hour

Training Shift: 1st Shift – 5:45 AM–2:15 PM
 Training Duration: 2 weeks
Training will be provided for the first 2 weeks on 1st Shift. After successfully completing training, you will transition to the regular 2nd Shift schedule.

Job Summary

Are you looking for an opportunity to learn a hands-on manufacturing skill? We're seeking a Box Builder to join our team in Bristol, IN. In this role, you'll be responsible for manually building boxes using dovetail techniques. No previous experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to be successful.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Box Builder, your core responsibilities will include:
-Manual Box Building: Assemble and construct boxes by hand using established dovetail techniques.
-Production: Build boxes accurately and efficiently while following established production procedures and quality standards.
-Quality & Accuracy: Inspect completed boxes to ensure proper assembly, alignment, and overall quality.
-In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean workspace, follow safety procedures, monitor your surroundings, and communicate any issues with the appropriate team member.
